Yes, we usually provide exisiting samples for free, but a little sample charge for custom designs.

sample charges can be refundable when order is up to a certain quantities.

sample shipping will paid by client or use their own express account.

for existing sample, it take about 1-2 days

if custom your own design, it takes about 5-7 days.

3, how long is product lead time?

it takes about 7-30 days depends on different quantities.

4, how to deliver?

small orders sent by express company, such as DHL, FEDEX, TNT,UPS, EMS, etc.

large order sent by sea or by air.

5, what format of the file you need if I want my own design?

AI/PDF is the best, all need in editable vector diagram format.

if you don't have, pls send high definition jpg. file.

6, how many colors are available?

we mix colors base on Pantone C chart and U chart.

give us the pantone number, we will mix as it.

If not strictly requested, we can offer normal colors, such as black, white, red, blue, yellow, pink, purple and so on.
